- 4-5 small tomatoes, skin peeled
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 1 small peeled cucumber
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup ice water
Directions

1Peel and chop garlic, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber; place in blender. Slice bell pepper and jalapenos removing seeds and inner rind; place in blender. Note: jalapenos can be eliminated for milder tastes. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until soupy. Keep chilled.
