  • 4 c diced roma tomatoes
  • 1 c tomato juice (clamato is good!)
  • 1 c beef broth
  • 1 c diced cucumber
  • 1 c diced yellow pepper
  • 1 c diced celery
  • 1/2 c diced green onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or peel
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp basic
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp worcester sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco
