Ingredients

  • 1 14-16 oz canned slices tomatoes
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 diced ripe avacado
  • 1/2 c tiny cooked canned or frozen shrimp (optional but excellent with!)
  • 3-4 thinly sliced green onions - frim green included
  • 1 15 oz can beef broth
  • 1/2 c red or green diced bell peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic mashed to a paste with 1/4 t. of salt

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients and chill 1-2 hours. 4-6 fresh tomatoes chopped with seeds may be substituted for the canned tomatoes.
