Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green peppers, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced fine
- 1 onion, diced fine
- 3 c. tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
Directions

1In food processor, blend the garlic, half the green peppers, half the celery and half the onion with the tomatoes.

2Pour into a large bowl.

3Blend in chicken broth, seasonings, diced cucumber, lemon juice and oil.

4Add the remaining green peppers, celery and onion.

5Chill 25 hours.

6Pour into chilled soup cups.

7Garnish with cucumber slices.
