- 1 c. chicken broth (bouillon works)
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large tomato or 2 small, etc. (about 2 c.)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion (Vidalia is best, followed by Spanish, but the truth is it probably doesn't make a huge difference)
- 1 to 2 cucumbers
Directions

1Combine the first 5 ingredients, then add the veggies, chopped (quantities are approximate, and you can adjust the veggies-to-liquid portions to suit your taste).

2Chill for at least 3 to 4 hours (about 8 is best).
