- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 to 3 stalks celery
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1/2 small zucchini
- fresh parsley and chives
- tomato juice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. herb vinegar
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Tabasco
- white pepper
- black pepper
Directions

1Chop all vegetables very fine.
