  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 to 3 stalks celery
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • fresh parsley and chives
  • tomato juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. herb vinegar
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco
  • white pepper
  • black pepper

    Chop all vegetables very fine.

    Put in large jar or covered container.

    Cover with tomato juice.

    Add rest of seasoning to taste.

    Refrigerate at least 6 to 8 hours before serving.
