  • 1 (10 oz.) can Snap-E Tom tomato cocktail juice
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans Snap-E Tom tomato cocktail juice
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped

Directions

    Blend first 6 ingredients in blender.

    Add these to last 4 ingredients and chill.

    Serve very cold.
