Ingredients

  • 2 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite size chunks)
  • 2-3 ounces of sliced proscuitto (cut into strips)
  • 1 medium onion, (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp parlsey flakes (or more if fresh)
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan
  • 12 ounces of penne pasta (or such)

    Saute onion and garlic until soft. In a separate pan, brown chicken pieces

    and crisp proscuitto. Mix meat and olives in with onions and garlic. Bring heat to

    med-high. Add vodka and ignite. Bring heat to low. After flame dies out,
  4. 4
    add cream. Simmer for 15-20 minutes. Add pepper and
  5. 5
    parlsey. Combine with cooked pasta and shredded parmesan.
