  • 1/2 c. chicken broth, chilled
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber with peeling, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • dash of red pepper sauce

    Put all ingredients into blender container.

    Cover and process vegetables until coarsely chopped.

    Chill thoroughly before serving.
