- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
Directions

1Blend cream cheese and sugar in large bowl.

2Soften gelatin in boiling water and add to cream cheese mixture.

3Add lemon juice, milk and vanilla to gelatin/cheese mixture.

4Add Cool Whip.

5Grease mold with mayonnaise.

6Pour mixture into mold; cool until set.
