- 1 large can or jar pureed mango, drained (reserve juice)
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 small boxes lemon gelatin
- 3 c. reserved juice and water
- juice of 1 lime
Directions

1Blend mango and cream cheese.

2Heat water and juice to boiling; add gelatin and stir to dissolve.

3Add lime juice. Combine with mango-cream cheese mixture and blend well.

4Chill until set in mold or glass casserole dish.

5Serves 8.
