Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh ground beef
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 onions, minced
- 4 to 6 burger buns
- 4 to 6 slices cheese
- Shredded hash browns, recipe follows
- Ketchup, for topping
- Mustard, for topping
- Pickle slices, for topping
Directions

1Preheat grill to high.

2In a bowl combine the ground beef, salt and pepper and the onions.

3Form into 4 to 6 burgers.

4Place the burgers directly on the hot grill.

5Add the buns to the grill's top shelf to warm while you are cooking the burgers.

6Cook the burgers until desired doneness.

7Add cheese to each burger.
-
8Close the grill to melt.

9Top with the hash browns.
-
10Serve on the buns with ketchup, mustard and pickle and the top bun will be placed on top.

16Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

17In a large saute pan, over medium heat cook the mixture until golden brown.
