  • 1 box confectioners sugar (10x)
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 1/2 c. cake flour (Swans Down only)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla, lemon or almond flavoring

Directions

    Blend sugar and butter until smooth; add eggs one at a time. Add flavoring; beat until mixed well.

    Add flour.

    Put in a cold oven.

    Set oven at 325°.

    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Test in one hour.
