Ingredients: 3 c. flour; 1 tsp. salt; 4 eggs; 2 c. sugar; 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries; 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil; 3 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar; 1/4 tsp. vanilla; 1 tsp. soda; 1 Tbsp. cinnamon; 1/2 c. chopped pecans

1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350°.

Combine flour, salt, eggs, sugar, strawberries, oil, soda, cinnamon and pecans in bowl; mix well. Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.

Bake for 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool.

Cut into thin slices.

Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla in bowl.

Beat until smooth.

Spread between slices of strawberry bread.
