  • about 1 lb. leftover roast beef or more
  • 2 raw onions
  • 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 to 3 carrots, peeled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put through food processor or food grinder, so it looks chopped. Fry slowly in a little oil until all is tender.

    If you have leftover gravy, can serve that over hash.
