   Mix brown sugar

   and whipping cream over low heat until sugar has dissolved.

   Cook

   over medium heat until soft ball stage. Cool.

   Put margarine

   and vanilla flavoring in candy mixture. Add nuts

   and beat until candy starts to harden. Drop by spoon on wax paper. Allow to completely cool before taking off wax paper.
