  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken cut in small pcs
  • 1 lb butter melted
  • 1 box cheez it crackers crushed
  • 1 salt pepper garlic powder to taste

    spread chicken out on a cutting board and season with salt pepper and garlic powder

    in a large baking pan pour about a quarter inch of melted butter and toss in some cheeze it crumbs till bottom.

    dump the chicken into the remaining butter and start pulling it back out and arranging in your pan in a single layer

    when its all in the pan pour the rest of the cracker crumbs on top and spread evenly

    pour the rest of the butter on top evenly covering the crackers

    cover your pan with foil or lid and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

    then remove cover and bake about 15 more min until crackers start to crisp up
