  • 2 eggs (3 if small)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 to 1 c. nuts or raisins
  • 4 c. raw apples, sliced thin
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together with spoon (no mixer).

    Batter will be stiff.

    Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

    Serve with whipped cream, ice cream or cream cheese frosting.
