  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. thin sliced apples
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    In large mixing bowl, add eggs and oil.

    Beat until foamy.

    Sift flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.

    Add flour mixture in small amounts; beat well after each addition.

    Now, mix by hand apples and nuts; mix well.

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
