  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 4 c. apples, sliced thin

    Mix all ingredients together with a spoon.

    Do not use mixer. Batter will be stiff.

    Spread into floured and greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
