- 75 g butter
- 1 onion
- 100 g oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 liter stock
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon chives
Directions

1Melt the butter in a pot.

2Brown the onion and oat-flakes.

3It'll start to smell as nuts.

4Add eggs and salt and stir well.

5Then add the stock, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

6Try it and add the salt or pepper as you wish.

7Don't forget to add the cutted chives at the end.
