  • 75 g butter
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 liter stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Directions

    Melt the butter in a pot.

    Brown the onion and oat-flakes.

    It'll start to smell as nuts.

    Add eggs and salt and stir well.

    Then add the stock, stir and cook for about 5 minutes.

    Try it and add the salt or pepper as you wish.

    Don't forget to add the cutted chives at the end.
