- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. salad oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour *
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 c. diced apples
- 1 c. nuts
Directions

1In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

2Add oil, sugar and vanilla to the well beaten eggs.

3Mix well.

4Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt.

5Add flour mixture in small amounts to egg mixture.

6Beat well by hand after each addition.

7When all the flour mixture has been added, mix in the apples and nuts.

8Mix well.
