- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/3 c.)
- 1 qt. shredded cabbage
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet, melt the oleo.

2Add onion and brown. Remove onion. Add other ingredients.

3Mix and let cabbage wilt. Add onion back in.

4Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
