- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 7 eggs
- 5 tsp. vanilla
- 1 box graham cracker crumbs or 22 crackers, crumbled
- 32 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Use 10-inch spring-form pan.

2Mix sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and 1 cup sugar in large bowl; beat 25 minutes on medium speed.

3Meanwhile, combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and melted butter; mix well.

4Press onto bottom and sides of pan. Chill in freezer 15 minutes.

5Pour batter in pan.

6Bake at 375° for 1 1/4 hours or until top is very brown.

7Turn off oven; let stay 2 hours with door ajar.

8Top with cherry pie filling.

9Yields 10 to 12 servings.
