  • 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
  • 1 lb confectioners' sugar
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    Mix cake as directed on package.

    Pour into 13x9-inch pan.

    Combine butter and cream cheese in saucepan.

    heat on low until melted.

    Stir in box of confectioner's sugar.

    Pour over cake.

    Bake at 350F until cake is done.

    Cake is upside down when turned out of pan onto plate.
