- 1 (18 1/2 ounce) box German chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 13 cup oil (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 13 cups water (or as called for by your cake mix)
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Mix cake as directed on package.

2Pour into 13x9-inch pan.

3Combine butter and cream cheese in saucepan.

4heat on low until melted.

5Stir in box of confectioner's sugar.

6Pour over cake.

7Bake at 350F until cake is done.

8Cake is upside down when turned out of pan onto plate.
