- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. coconut or more
- 1 c. pecan pieces
Directions

1Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks and oleo.

2Cook 12 minutes over medium heat, stirring so it won't stick.

3When slightly thick, remove from heat and add vanilla, coconut and nuts. Cool slightly and ice cake.
