- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can coconut
- 1 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Melt butter; add sugar.

2Add a little milk to egg yolks and beat well.

3Add remaining milk and combine ingredients.

4Cook on medium flame until thick, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Add vanilla.

5When thickened, add coconut and nuts.

6Let sit until cool.
