  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1/2 bar German's chocolate
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked pastry shell

Directions

    Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat.

    Add sugar.

    Beat the eggs and add milk and cornstarch.

    Add to chocolate mixture. Stir in vanilla, pecans and coconut.

    Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
