  • 7 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 3 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tall can milk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix cocoa, sugar and salt together, getting all lumps out of cocoa.

    Add milk, vanilla and margarine; mix.

    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.

    Add chopped nuts and coconut. Pour into 3 regular or 2 deep dish pie crusts and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    After pies are taken from oven, they will set.
