  • 2 unbaked pie crusts
  • 14 oz. pkg. sweet cooking chocolate
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 can sweetened milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 c. pecans

Directions

    Melt chocolate; add butter.

    Remove from heat.

    Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes or until top is firm and coconut is lightly browned.
