- 1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
- 4 oz. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate squares
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. Eagle Brand milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a heavy saucepan on low heat, melt margarine and chocolate square.

3Cool.

4Add Eagle Brand milk. Stir in eggs, hot water and vanilla.

5Mix well.

6Pour in crust. Top with pecans and coconut.

7Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.
