   Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Place nuts and coconut in bottom.

   Mix cake mix as directed on box.

   Pour over coconut and pecans.

   Melt butter and cream cheese.

   Add sugar.

   Mix and pour over cake mix.

   Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
