  • 1 c. instant mashed potatoes
  • caraway seed
  • 1 lb. country-style ribs (pork)

Directions

    Mix sauerkraut with applesauce.

    Place in bottom of casserole dish.

    Sprinkle the instant mashed potatoes on top of that. Sprinkle top with caraway seed.

    Place ribs on top.

    Bake at 350° uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
