  • 4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil

    Add onion, thinly sliced potatoes and fry covered, turning occasionally until potatoes are tender and golden.
