Name: Mini Meat Pies
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef; 1/3 c. ketchup; 1 tube of Jumbo Flaky biscuits (8 pk); 2 or 3 shakes of Garlic, Paprika and Onion powders, each; A dash of salt; 8 pinches of shredded cheddar cheese; medium skillet, muffin pan

1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tube of Jumbo Flaky biscuits (8 pk)
2 or 3 shakes of Garlic, Paprika and Onion powders, each
A dash of salt
8 pinches of shredded cheddar cheese
medium skillet, muffin pan

Directions

1. In a large skillet on medium heat, mix beef and spices. Brown beef. Drain. Take off heat and stir in ketchup.

2. Take biscuits out of package and separate. Flatten each one and press into greased muffin pan, making little pies (make sure the edges go over the top of the muffin holes). Fill pies with meat mixture. Press down until the meat is packed. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each one.

3. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or crust is golden brown.
