- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 4 c. cooked or canned green beans, drained
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet, leaving drippings. Add onion and cook until tender.

2Add flour, sugar, salt, vinegar and water.

3Mix well and simmer until slightly thickened.

4Add beans and cook for 5 minutes.

5Crumble bacon on top just before serving.
