  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients except the noodles, eggs, milk and salt together.

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer the mixture, alternating with the noodles.

    Mix and pour over eggs, milk and salt.

    Bake in 350° (oven) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
