- 4 eggs
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup flour
- 12 cup milk
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat the yolks, sugar, salt, and butter together.

3Beat in flour, and milk a little at a time, till used up.

4Whip the egg whites and fold into flour/butter mixture Pour the mixture into a pan with very hot butter and fry for a few minutes over medium heat.

5When lightly browned turn over and using 2 forks tear the pancake into fairly large-sized pieces, rather roughly.

6Turn the pieces over and over, shaking the pan, till a nice golden brown is obtained.

7Serve hot with sugar sprinkled over.

8A little cinnamon can be sprinkled also if desired.
