  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 c. flour (whole wheat and white)
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar or honey
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Whip eggs in blender or with mixer 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients and blend together for another 2 to 3 minutes.

    Divide and pour into 2 well-greased pie plates.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 350° for 10 minutes more. Butter; sprinkle with powdered sugar and squeeze lemon juice over all.
