- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cups Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- Desired Toppings: Syrup, Berries, Lemon Juice, Powdered Sugar, Chocolate Sauce
Directions

1In a 9-inch oven proof skillet, put 2 tablespoons of butter. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, with skillet in the oven.

2While oven is preheating, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons butter in the microwave. Then whisk together all the ingredients. When the oven/skillet is preheated, pour egg mixture into the hot skillet. Cook for 30 minutes. When pancake is done, it will be puffed up around the edges, and flat in the middle. Slice into 4 wedges and serve with desired toppings.

3This recipe can also be doubled, and made in a larger pan.
