  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2/3 cups Sifted Flour
  • 2/3 cups Milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Softened Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400. Butter 2 9-inch cake pans well.

    Add the eggs in a blender, cover and blend until light yellow in color. Add remaining ingredients (sugar, salt, flour, milk, butter and vanilla); blend till smooth.

    Pour batter into the cake pans. Bake for 20 minutes. (Keep an eye on your pancakes towards the end of cooking...some ovens cook faster then others.)

    Serve with your favorite topping and/or maple syrup.
