  • 1 lb. hamburger (may use deer meat)
  • 2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Mix and shape into 2 rolls.

    Wrap in Saran Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Remove wrap, put in baking pan.

    Bake at 300° in upper part of oven.
  5. 5
    Will keep refrigerated for awhile.
