- 1 qt. milk
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well with eggbeater or mixer.

2Heat flat, well seasoned griddle over medium-high heat.

3Pour about 1 soup ladle full of batter onto hot griddle.

4Run batter over entire surface of griddle by carefully tipping griddle.

5When pancake surface is shiny, carefully lift to check for doneness and flip with a large turner.

6Done when lightly browned on both sides. Serve with warmed syrup or powdered sugar and lemon wedges. Serves 6 to 8.
