  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/3 c. caraway seed
  • 1 lb. roasted sausage or Polish sausage, cut in chunks

Directions

    Slice cabbage.

    Chop onion; brown in oleo until wilted.

    Add soup (undiluted), caraway seed and sausage.

    Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
