- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 5 or 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and boiled
Directions

1Fry bacon and remove from pan.

2Saute onion in bacon drippings.

3Add vinegar, sugar and water.

4Thicken with cornstarch.

5Slice potatoes into mixture.

6Add salt and bacon. Keep warm until served.
