- 4 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. sliced, cooked potatoes
Directions

1In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp.

2Remove and crumble. Cook onion in drippings until tender.
