- 6 large potatoes, diced (salted)
- 5 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 2Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese or to taste
Directions

1Cook potatoes until nearly done. Drain (don't overcook).

2Cook bacon and onion until crispy.

3Don't drain grease.

4Add the vinegar, sugar and water. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.

5Pour over potatoes. Cover with cheese.
