- 1/3 medium head cabbage, shredded or drained sauerkraut
- 1 medium onion
- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 2 cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Brown beef in margarine.

3Cook, covered, over low heat 30 to 35 minutes without lifting the cover until rice is tender.
