- 1 head shredded cabbage
- 1 thin-sliced onion
- 1 thin-sliced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 3/4 c. oil
- 7/8 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Heat cup of vinegar with 7/8 cup sugar until sugar dissolves. Cool.

2Pour 3/4 cup oil over cabbage, onion, green pepper, sugar, salt, celery and mustard; mix well.

3Stir in vinegar/sugar dressing; mix well and refrigerate overnight.
