- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 green pepper
- 2 medium onions
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mustard
Directions

1Chop cabbage, onion and green pepper.

2Mix together in a large bowl.

3Bring oil, sugar, vinegar and salt to a boil.

4Remove from heat and add celery seed and mustard seed to hot mixture.

5Pour mixture over slaw and do not mix, for 4 to 6 hours.

6Place in refrigerator, after 4 to 6 hours, mix and serve.

7Will hold in refrigerator for 3 to 4 weeks.
